So… I have an explanation as to why I chose the title “ClothesLine” for this particular segment. It’s easy. Growing up deep in the country, my mama used to hang our clothing out to dry on a clothes line. I can remember countless summer evenings where she stood at the line in our backyard, a basket full of wet sheets, singing and hanging clothes with wooden pins. Any of us could go out there and have a full, gossiping conversation with her as she did her work. LOL The operative word here is “gossiping”. That’s all I think reviews are: formal, politically correct, status approved journalistic forms of gossip. We get to talk about folks (good or bad) and not look like the cackling hen we both know we ALL are.
